PromptMe is operated by Aleksandr Filimonov, an individual developer ("I", "me", or "my"). I am committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use this website and the PromptMe iOS application.

Information I Collect

Website (Waitlist)

When you join the waitlist, I collect:

Email address (required to notify you about launch)
Timestamp of signup
Referral information (UTM parameters from the URL, if present)
Which landing page you signed up from

This data is stored in Google Sheets, which means it is processed by Google LLC in the United States.

Analytics and Advertising (This Website)

With your consent, this website uses:

Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, time on site, general location)
Google Ads — to measure advertising effectiveness and track conversions

These services use cookies and are only loaded after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject all", no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and no data is sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.

iOS App

The PromptMe app is designed with privacy in mind. Your scripts and videos are stored locally on your device by default. I do not collect, transmit, or store your scripts or videos on any servers.

How I Use Your Information

I use your email address solely to:

Notify you when PromptMe launches or opens for beta testing
Send important product updates (rare, only significant news)
Respond to your inquiries if you contact me

I will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

I retain your email address until the app launches and you either become a user or ask to be removed from the list. If you request deletion, I will remove your data within 30 days.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's data retention policies (typically 14 months for user-level data). You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy .

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where Google's servers are located. By using this website and submitting your email, you consent to this transfer. I rely on Google's compliance with applicable data protection frameworks for these transfers.
